FAQs

·    How does Consult-A-Mama work?
Simply call 612-418-3801 to schedule an appointment with Nichole Hirsch Kuechle.  You’ll then be emailed the Intake Form to fill out and return prior to the first consult.  You will also receive the Getting to Know You form, to also be filled out and returned prior to the first consult.

·    Is this something I can afford?
Consult-A-Mama values your time.  We work in thirty minute increments so as not to overwhelm you.  The cost per 30 minute consult is only $25.  Ask yourself if $25 is worth the sanity, or if you’d rather find it in a couple venti Starbucks lattes throughout the week.

·    Do we meet in person?
This is the beautiful thing…you can be in your pjs as the consult will take place over the phone.

·    How do we handle payment if we’re not meeting in person?
On the Intake Form is space for credit card information.  Your first session is billed prior to the call.  Every session thereafter will be billed upon conclusion of the call.

·    Is there a cancellation fee?
Consult-A-Mama does have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  We know life gets in the way sometimes, so give us a heads up 24 hours in advance and we’ll happily reschedule!
